Anyone know where I can find it? I checked the RO main site game guide and saw it in there. Apparently better than my Tsurugi. Although, if someone could hook e up with with a Wind Tsurugi I could pay.

Excalibur is probably a level 4 weapon. There are 2 ways to get a level 4 weap, unlock the Mjolnir seal, or do a level 4 weapon quest. I've never done either, so I lack all the specific information.
